The year was 2011 and the world was still recovering from a Miz Mania main event win when the WWE turned to the one man who could save the company and bring the attention of the world to their product... Of course the initial and punctuation laden superstar is well known for his work on the mic. I'm of course talking about R-Truth. And then, witness that time the entire company suffered from that gas leak and thought the real President Obama had come to a WWE PPV. Yeah, Shit gets weird.
Hear Ye! Hear Ye! Let us go back, To a time when the land of WWE was split. When heated rivalries and bitter hatred was laid to the side for the sake of answering a years old question. Which roster was best? The Blues of smackdown or the redcoats of Raw?
Well, that's the concept anyway... In reality, it was a contrived, ridiculous exercise in nonsense. But Don't let that scare you away. The best parts of wrestling are usually born out of contrived circumstances! And while I can't say anything in tonight's show is "The Best" its certainly not the worst.
